My name is Patricia Duncan. I was born in Bradley, Arkansas, raised in Texarkana, and went to college at Angelina College in Lufkin, Texas.

I have been doing bookkeeping for 40 years. I began with retail bookkeeping for Woolco department store, Shell Oil Company Jobber, Sporting Company Distributor, Hardware Store and Gift Shop to other Corporations over the years, as well as owning my own Daycare and Dress Shop.

For the last 14 years I have worked as a CFO for an Orthotics and Prosthetics provider. On a part-time basis, I worked for H & R Block for 10 years and have worked for Jackson Hewitt for the last 5 years as well as teaching their classes.

Quarterly Bookkeeping Services focus on very small businesses with typically under five employees. The services, much like Year-End Close service, is a great compliment to our Business Tax Services.

Year End Bookkeeping

This is the most basic bookkeeping service available; year-end services allow business owners to have a guarantee that their taxes will be accurate without the cost of CPA firms to handle this. We offer these services mainly to sole proprietors and small businesses with very minimum financial activity.
